From one of our recent projects – After a long winter it’s time to get outdoors. The evening may still have a chill, however an outdoor fireplace is a great gathering spot for family and friends.
Warm weather is (hopefully) around the corner. What better way to enjoy the evening than relaxing on a private patio with built-in wrought iron fencing? Bring on spring!
We finished up a custom home at the end of the summer featuring everything you would expect in a Bachman Home – walnut kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom trim details, wrought iron balusters, hickory flooring, tile shower, stone and shake exterior, and beautiful outdoor fireplace.
We built this home in 2005. Over the years the family grew and needed additional space. We created a sunroom addition which provides a relaxing area to read and take advantage of the afternoon sun. It also serves as an ideal space to hold outdoor plants for the winter.
Thanks to my designer, Casey Hovick (www.caseyhovickdesign.com), for some great ideas and finishing touches. The original bathroom (left) was outdated and sterile. Bachman Homes overhauled the space by removing the fireplace and replacing soaking tub. New porcelain floor tile, shower, cabinet/mirror and fixtures completed the project.
